The New Evolution Diet: What Our Paleolithic Ancestors Can Teach Us about Weight Loss, Fitness, and Aging by Art De Vany. Art could be called the grandfather of the paleo movement. He explains how he came to the conclusion that this is the best diet for humans. In addition, he explains how he uses infrequent (but intense) exercise for big results. I don’t totally get why he limits fat consumption, but it clearly works for him. He is in absolutely amazing shape for being 72 years-old.
