How to cook a ribeye steak using your oven’s broiler

Place the steaks on a broiler pan.  Salt and pepper both sides of the steaks and let them warm up to room temperature.

Turn broiler on high, place steaks below.  Check after five minutes.  If steaks are browned to you liking, flip them over. Remove them from the oven when temperature reaches you perfered level of doneness.  I like mine about 137 degrees for medium rare and about 150 for medium/medium well.
