Paleo chicken Soup

This is a fast a delicous soup.  It has all the comfort of homemade chicken soup but without the noodles.

In a pan bring 2 cups of chicken broth to a boil.  Add in what every vegetables you have on hand.  In the photo above I added peas, then I added some fresh spinach.  When the spinach is almost cooked to your liking add in chunks of precooked chicken.  Pour into a bowl, garnish with bacon, and enjoy a fast, satisfying soup.
