Here is another fast meal you can prepare with chicken broth.
Bring a couple of cups of broth to boil in a pot. Throw in some fresh spinach. Once in has wilted into the soup, crack some eggs right into the soup. In the photo above I used three, but you can use any number you like. It only takes a minute or two if you like the yolks runny (I do). Once the eggs are cooked to you liking, add salt and pepper if desired, and pour into a bowl. I really like to eat this soup with a garlic chili sauce, gives it that extra kick.
