		<description><![CDATA[This makes some delicious pulled pork. The BBQ sauce is pretty tasty! I cooked my ribs for 7 hours and they just fell apart, but the sauce was very watery. After pulling all of the meat apart, I left it in the sauce, turned the crockpot on high and left the lid off, being sure to stir it often. It has been simmering for about 2 hours and still has a way to go, but looks good.]]></description>
